El consenso de cirugía de control de daños sintetiza la experiencia de los últimos 30 años por el Grupo de Cirugía de Trauma y Emergencias (CTE) de Cali-Colombia, en colaboración con la Asociación Colombiana de Cirugía y la Sociedad Panamericana de Trauma, en conjunto con especialistas internacionales de Estados Unidos, Europa, Japón, Suráfrica y Latinoamérica.
